Clients & Families

  • Appointment reminders

  • Care schedule updates

  • Service-related notifications

Job Applicants

  • Application status updates

  • Interview or onboarding information

Employees

  • Daily work schedules

  • Clock-in / clock-out reminders

  • Shift changes or urgent care updates

 

3. Opting In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages by:

  • Texting “START” to 720–975-8176, or

  • Contacting Everwell Homecare directly and requesting to be added to our SMS communication list

 

4. Opting Out

You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to any SMS message.
You may also request removal by contacting Everwell Homecare directly.

 

5. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your role and service needs.
On average, you may receive 1–10 messages per day.

Sample messages include:

  • “Please clock in now to begin your scheduled shift.”

  • “Your care schedule has been updated. Please review.”

  • “Your employment application has been sent to your email.”

 

6. Privacy

Everwell Homecare is committed to protecting your privacy.
Your phone number will only be used for service-related SMS communications.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.
